Once you meet the plan u requirements, you can withdraw the guarantee and access a classic card.

Check in the ‘Cards’ section of your ueno app if you have a credit card available; if it shows a limit of Gs. 1, follow the steps to increase it or contact us. If you already have the card or received a plan u notification and haven’t completed the process, write to us or visit a ueno bank branch.
